- DAS(Data Broadcasting Acquisition System): Manufacturing/Generating Contents and Application for Data Broadcasting

- In order to attract IT companies in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do in 2017, the government divided its government—owned land into 14 blocks and selected the companies in March 2018 through open competition after public sales announcement.
- “TVSTORM Consortium” : 7-Block assigned
- Location : Knowledge-based industrial land in the public housing district of Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town in Galhyeon-dong, Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do
- TVSTORM Consortium : TVSTORM, AM Telecom, SEJONG Telecom, Ahngook Pharm, IBK(Role : Project Financing)
- Four Consortium companies have divided 7-Block into four to build their own offices.
7-1 Block(2 buildings) : TVSTORM and AM Telecom
7-2 Block(2 buildings) : Sejong Telecom and Ahngook Pharm
- IBK participates as a PF unit responsible for construction costs
- Four Consortium companies and IBK(the PF manager, Bank) have established new corporate PFV (company name : PRISM SQUARE) for implementation.
- Consortium’s total land + construction cost is about $250 millions (US dollars), and ratio of cost sharing between PF manager IBK and the consortium company is 70% to 30% respectively.
- TVSTORM office building’s total cost (land + construction) is about $55 millions (US dollars).
